Refund Policy

*We typically deliver within 7 to 10 working days of placing the order. For orders with multiple/ designer items and varying delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

*If a refund is requested, the payment will be made to Initiative Media.

*We want you to feel completely at ease when purchasing products from himashasrilanka.com. You can exchange any item within 7 days of purchase (terms and conditions apply). The exchange amount will be credited back to your himashasrilanka.com account as store credits or credit points.

*In the event of a manufacturing defect with the item, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt, and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than a week after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly, if the product is self-shipped and has not been dispatched by the consumer after a week of refund initiation, the refund request will be cancelled.
